1997 Delaforce Quinta da Corte Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Deep red and youthful, just less than opaque. Slightly dirty nose, bringing subdued purple fruit. Acidity and tannins are present, but the balance is a little off (not unusual in the 1997 vintage at the moment) and needs more time. Dry tannins show clearly on the aftertaste and floral finish. Difficult to score in this phase. 83 points
