Decant: Not Known - Bottled by Hankey Bannister; cork was branded as Dow 1945, bottled in 1947. Deep red, very attractive mature red colour; 40% opaque. Fabulous on the nose full and rich, very attractive. Big and mouthfilling entry, with a huge palate presence that leads to a big finish, slightly dry but dominated by the fruit. This is a huge and fabulous wine. 96 points
