2007 Ferreira Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Deep purple, with a solid rim. Closed on the nose, but with some sour cherry notes showing. Big impact on the palate, with lots of sweet and ripe fruit. Assertive tannins grip the mouth firmly and give a good counter-balance to the fruit. The aftertaste is huge, with a mass of dark chocolate and a very long finish. Terrific port. 91 points
