Decant: 3 hours - Very pale, amber, slightly hazy. Unknit nose, alcohol standing out from some green apples. Soft entry, with the powerful apple acidity dominating. This has the palate of a basic or tawny reserve. There is heat on the aftertaste and a short finish. An oxidised bottle. NR
