Decant: 1 hour - Deep magenta, opaque centre. Beautiful nose, full and rich bringing summer flowers and ripe purple fruit. Powerful impact, full of youthful sweet fruit wrapped around a peppery core. Tannins are soft, but the acidity is fierce. Tasty fruit builds in volume and eventually delivers a full bodied flavour. The acidity provides heat on the aftertaste, before a long finish of sweet bramble fruit and firm - and very long - tannins. Impressive, much better than the previous bottle. 86 points
