1960 Smith Woodhouse Vintage Port

Decant: 8 days - Burnt sienna in colour, orange on the rim. Smelly nose, quite stinky with lots of cabbage. Sugary entry; dry and with little fruit but plenty of butterscotch and with a nice balancing acidity. Quite gentle and elegant with a lovely finish, gently perfumed and flavoured with bitter orange. 83 points
