Decant: 5 hours - Modest red, light rim, 50% opaque. Subdued nose, with strong eucalyptus and violets. Violets and lavendar are all over the palate, before the flavour profile changes to show sweetened juniper and redcurrants. Lots of heat mixed into the palate. Hot aftertaste , full of soft red licorice and a very spicy finish. 86 points
