From magnum and decanted 14 hours. The dark ruby color belies it's age. It could easily pass for a VP from the 90's. Lavender, licorice, eucalyptus, and plums pack a punch on the nose. Soft mouth feel, with pine tar, plums, cedar, noticeable tannins, and plenty of acidity keeping it fresh. The long finish was an extension of the palate. Showing plenty of youth still this is a VP with a long life ahead of it.
