Fonseca 1994

Post by Jay Hack »

I am thinking of opening the first of three bottles of Fonseca 1994 that I bought on release. Any comments on infanticide, decant time, anything else?
Thanks Roy

Killing babies now huh? lol.

As for decanting. The night before is probably best.

No kidding. The big name 94's are in a weird place, I'd be hesitant in opening it if it were my bottle. Please report back! I'd also decant the night before.

Good recent reportage on '94s tend to follow long decants.

Why not pop one, leave it in the decanter for 24hrs (while making sure it doesn't get warm) see how it shows - and report back!
