From a 1/2 bottle-decanted 8 hours--cork broke apart but was not compromised in any other way. Blood red with a burnt orange meniscus--clear. The nose offered pepper and stewed rhubarb generously. Crisp and light, picked up traces of white pepper and a good finish with grapefruit at the end. Seemed delicate yet with nice layers. Just a hint of a variety of red fruits mid palate. Seems to be in a good place age wise.
