Decanted 12 hours. Reddish brown color. Nose gives up stewed red fruits. Tastes of rhubarb, mellow stewed fruits with a touch of minerality--has a dry texture to it. Moderately long finish. Tasted opposite the 1970 Dows--both showed quite nicely but were distinctly different.
