This is believed to have been bottled in the 1970's and has been in the same cellar since, though the records of an exact date have not been located yet. I suspect they didn't make much of this as even the current company historian was unaware of this old white wine. A very light touch of maderization, but still possessing a ton of acidity. So much so this must have been a bruiser when young. Chablis like and with solid minerality. This lasted about 40 minutes or so before starting a slow deterioration. Past it's best for sure, but still a nice treat indeed.
