Kirkland 10 year tawny, from Costco

I don't get in to Costco often so I don't know how new this might be. In the fine print on the label is says something about Fonseca. It is 20%. The first nose is common and very familiar, but intriguing as I can't identify the flavors, yet it's commonly familiar. They claim flavors of nuts, dried fruit, caramel, and oranges. I get Strawberry, in the nose and taste, so it's a brighter fruit flavor than others I've tasted. There is a prominent woody quality, so I'm bound to like it a lot. This may be a tad sweeter than I like, or it may be lacking astringency or tannin, maybe acid. Not enough low earthy flavors. I thought this was a very enjoyable port for under $14. Then the 2nd half of the bottle on days 2 & 3 seemed cloying and uninteresting (maybe due to the 'lackings' I just mentioned?) So I wouldn't rate it too highly and won't buy it again anytime soon.
