NV Andresen 40 Year Old White Port

Decant: 1 hour - Bottled 2012. Golden amber in colour, with a green rim. Soft VA dominates the nose, but not in an unattractive way. Sweet and raisiny impact with a decent acidity to support the sweetness. Hot aftertaste, then a lemon and raisin finish of rather short length. A touch simple for a 40 year old blend. 85 points
