1955 Butler Nephew Vintage Port

Decant: 2 hours - Mature rose colour, 40% opaque. Mature on the nose with sweet fruit and a lovely nutskin bitterness. Sweet entry, a little hollow and surprisingly dry but with late-palate brown sugar. The aftertaste is woody and full of green tannins. Served blind this was guessed to be Malvedos 1990! 85 points
