1927 Cockburn Vintage Port

Decant: 4 hours - Burnt ochre on the eye; 30% opaque. Fabulous nose, full of polished leather and beeswax. Balanced on entry, rich and full of bittersweet Seville orange marmalade. Big on the palate, lots of layers and complexity. Warming aftertaste, then a long finish of delicate honey and lemon. Very fine port. 95 points
