Decant: 8 hours - Similar in colour to the G83 alongside, perhaps slightly less orange; 70% opaque. Attractive nose, fresh with a touch of sea-spray. Initially reluctant to show anything on the palate but this reluctance quickly dissolves to show a well balanced, fruit forward, sweet and pleasant port with good presence and balance. Delicious aftertaste and finish. Sweet and very fine, this is a very good port for current drinking and will last well for a couple more decades. 91 points
