2011 Quevedo Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Sweet, ripe blueberries on the nose; perhaps over-ripe. Smooth and soft texture gives a silky coating the the mouth. The fruit arrives at its own pace but is rich and sweet, matched by vigorous tannins that take over for a while and never let you forget their presence. Chewy tannins dominate the dark chocolate and black licorice finish. 91-93. 91 points
