Decant: 6 hours - Deep red, mature in colour; 60% opaque. Dusty nose, smelling of sea breezes and iodine. Hollow on entry, smooth texture; flavours which build nicely on the palate with lots of flavours and layers. Becomes big in the mouth, fully flavoured with masses of aniseed. The aniseed balls run through a mid-length finish. Tasty and sweet. 89 points
