20 Year Old Tawny Port by Ramos Pinto's Quinta do Bom Retiro

Glowing gold colour with a hint of green at the rim. Nose of toffee and vanilla fudge. Pleasantly smooth in the mouth, balanced sweetness and acidity with some interesting flavours of nuts and candy floss. A little short on the aftertaste (but then I can't be sure how long the bottle had been opened before my glass was poured). A perfectly acceptable drink, but not the style of port that is my preference. 87/100.
