Decanted contents were kept in a refrigerator to preserve it's complexity for a longer time as it was only me drinking it. Medium sediment upon opening.
2 hours -- dark purple color with red around edges. Alcohol on the nose. Tastes of chocolate and a slight hint of raisins. Hot finish.
5 hours -- Heat is gone, well integrated, raisins and chocolate
7 hours -- seems to be around its best now. Strong taste of chocolate and raisins. Delicious
Next day -- still holding together nicely, chocolate the dominant taste now
Overall, a great, young port. I'll be buying more.
