As the Forum has grown (and as we've added new functionality to the site and experience the not-surprising occasional hiccup associated with new functionality), it's become a little harder to keep track of which technical support issues are still open and which have been solved.

We've just launched a new HELPDESK to better track and respond to outstanding technical issues.

You can access the helpdesk at:

or on the
HELPDESK
link on the left side of the home page.

Please use this for technical support issues instead of posting to the forum or emailing either Roy or myself.

If you have any outstanding technical issues as of this moment, please first check to make sure they are still issues, since we just completed some updates to the site and forum this morning. Then if they are still there, please log them into the helpdesk.

I just looked at this new tool to help the site users get their questions answered and any glitches that they come in touch with, fixed in the order in which it was reported.
