Sinceros parabéns deste compatriota, que deseja que os faça por muitos mais anos e sempre acompanhado de Porto e amigos.
Uma vez que é de Alcobaça (eu sou de Peniche) se algum dia passar por peniche é só apitar pois gostaria muito de o conhecer.

Gents: thank you for the comments. I must confess that only today (two days after my birthday) I found this thread here.
I've been traveling in northern Portugal. I went to Douro for meetings (and Tastings of course) and got no time for birthday celebrations. However, I've happily found time to taste several excellent Douro wines. [Gosh !! Some really impressive new stuff I've tasted over there :) - for future reference, I suggest readers to make note of this Douro wine: "Compota"].

Fred - I can tell you I stayed in Portugal this time around but I wouldn't mind to be Africa right now :) . I miss Mozambique !

Dear João - it would also be my pleasure to meet you. Since we both do live in central Portugal it would be easier for us to meet in the near future. My pleasure.
