winter and port

Post by John F. Newman »

I'm doing one of my favorite things right now. I have my first fire of the season (in the fireplace of course!) and just poured a port (a 20 year old tawny in this case). This is what I love about winter the most. Having a good drink, with my dog at my feet, and getting up once in a while to stoke the fire.
