Nose: light port nose

Body-full

Taste: tannic-fruit lesser

Aftertaste: tannic-brandy

17/20

I may be hard on this one-will report tomorrow.

2nd day- Nose lesser-body very tannic & brandy filled-I like this profile but most would not.

I would give it a 18-18+/20.

Why do you think that most would not, John?

The comments I get on this type of old port from friends is about the tannin and the brandy showing. They

want it smooth and balanced but I like port with grip.
