1977 Dow Vintage Port

With lighter aromas, this is almost more 1977 Warres-like. It is definitely spicy, possibly with some VA. There is also some berry fruit and strawberry. The aroma is gaining depth and becoming more Dow-like. Raisin in the mouth! I was not expecting that. There are still some tannins, and lots of acid. Slightly thick. I wonder if there is a hint of green pepper flavor as well. Overall, I find this to be too simple in the mouth. 89 points.
