In general I find that there are not much ports available on airline flights. Presently in Sydney, Australia, on a job-visit.
Big was my surprise when there were ports on Emirates airline both flights Oslo-Dubai and Dubai-Sydney.
Not expected on a Arab-based airline. This tasting note onboard Dubai-Sydney.
Served from half bottles 37.5 cl. No decanting. Bottled 2014. Dark brown colour with a touch of red. Deep aroma of wood, spices and nuts. Medium to full body. Powerful and quite elegant taste with wood flavour, tough but acceptable tannins. Slightly bitter towards the end. Long aftertaste. Possibly more points if it had been decanted. 90 pts
