Bottled 2013. A red cranberry juice color. A nose of brown sugar, . The palate is semi sweet with a quick heavy wave of acidity and maple bar with dried nuts and citrus sneaking in. The moderate finish is laden with wood varnish and marzipan and an odd chemical note that showed up at the tail end. While still pleasant the 2014 bottling of this is noticeably better than this 2013 bottling.
