Orange-red garnet, the lights colored of 4 1955 VPs (Cockburn, Graham, and Martinez being the others). Some fruity aroma, but what is most noticeable is spirit and an off aroma, either chemical or VA. This is warm in the mouth, which carries through the finish. It is, however, very nice and well balanced. The aroma still hasn’t come around, otherwise this would score more. 93 points. Later retasted, and better. 94 points.
