2012 Quinta do Noval Vintage Port

Floral and herbal aromas; and swirling gives eucalyptus and mint along with some mandarin orange pith. There is lots of juice and tannins, but they tannins are not quite as distracting as in the 2009 Quinta do Noval LBV. Flavors reveal more mandarin orange and currant. The finish is dry and tart. I liked this and would have liked to spend more time with it, but another pour was coming. 91 points.
