For The Love Of Port

Decanted about 6 hours. Lovely notes of licorice, nutmeg, and dried fruit. Soft and delicate on the tongue, with cinnamon, allspice, dried cherries, and incense. A little bit of spirit would pop up from time to time as the bottle was consumed. Can't say I've had a VP where that spirit would come and go periodically. A very nice VP that is showing fully mature from this bottle but should stay here for at least another 5-8 years without issue.
