TASTE NOTES

Red center with a brown circumference connected to a orange rim that fades into a translucent edge. No sediment.

Pop'n'pour from fridge. On the nose hints of spirits & candied dry fruit.

Medium+ body with a great syrupee mouth feel. Upfront taste of figs, prunes, plums and boysenberries. Immediate heat at the side of the mouth, that dissipates at the back of the palate. Nice fresh acidity with some zingy mint undertones. Delightful tannins and overall a fairly developed experience for a 10YO tawny. The is one of the bests 10YO I have tasted only bested by Kopke.
