Date: 03/03/2016
Place: COWI building in Ã…rhus - Quevedo tasting
Condition: Served at around 14 degrees Celsius
Color: Amber golden color, semi transparent
Nose: Lovely nose of golden raisins and plums
Note:
Medium body with a pleasant amount of alcohol and a nice syrupee /caramel sensation while maintaining freshness and acidity. Extremely pleasing and delicious, this is a quality 20YO tawny that I would recommend you try. Best in their line of tawnies for the price.
Info: This was part of a tasting session with Oscar Quevedo. Time for making elaborate taste notes was scarce.
Score: 90+ points
