Place: COWI building in Ã…rhus - Quevedo tasting

Condition: Served at around 14 degrees Celsius

Color: Opaque, deep red bordering to black

Nose: Packed with fresh forest fruits.

Note:

A very nice young lbv. Packed with flavour and punch. Fresh fruit and acidity. Just right amount of sweetness. Oscar Quevedo recommends to drink this the next 3 years or store for 2025+ where it will have developed further. Amazing as this young lbv is already very very good. Of the 4 2011 lbv's I tasted this week, this is my favourite.

Info: This was part of a tasting session with Oscar Quevedo. Time for making elaborate taste notes was scarce.

Score: 91 points
