Lunch at restaurant Presuntaria Transmontana, V. N. Gaia.
Limited decanting (0.5 - 1.0 hr). Dark purple red colour. Aroma dominated by minerals, plenty berries, some oak and touch of floral overtones. Medium body. Relatively dry, fruity, actually a bit “watery” in style, too much acidity for me. Medium to long aftertaste. This vintage of Quinta da Leda is lacking depth and is much lighter than 2011 and 2013. 86 pts.
