(Bottled 2015. Special Carnation Revolution edition.) Tasted in a lineup of 6 colheitas, along with 1974 Noval, 1976 Krohn, 1980 Rocha, 1965 Kopke (special select bottling), and 1968 Krohn. After two somewhat musty bottles (’65 Kopke and ’68 Krohn), this featured sweeter aromas of candy to go with the complex sugar flavors to rank this #2 in the lineup after the ’65 Kopke.
