(Amphora fermented, 100% Alicante Bouschet)
Kelp/seaweed aroma, smoked and cooked, with umami and vegetable. Tastes a bit better than it smells, with raspberry, lots of tannins, lots of avid. Funky and different, I find this too odd to enjoy on its own. Maybe it would pair with a seafood dish? 87 points.
