Funky aroma, but not too bad; smells of sawdust in the workshop, with some fatty cured meat, thick glycerin, some solvent, and mustiness. Tastes of olives, with some apple as well. Really nice body, with a small but sufficient amount of acid. Really interesting aromas came later, with sweet honeycomb, some spice, paraffin, daisy, almonds, and a honey-nougat candy-bar character.

I didn't score this at the time, but as I recall it was more interesting than enjoyable, so maybe 86-88 points? I'm kind of guessing now.
