1977 Graham's vintage port

Post by Rune EG »

Decanted 6.5 hrs (next bottle one more hour). Not much sediments at decanting. Deep dark purple colour. Rich aroma of fruit/berries. Full body. It was quite a mouthful at start, and also the taste can be described as rich in addition to elegant. This was really a well-structured vintage port and in combination with a very nice acidity/sweetness-balance. We were quite pleased. Long fruity aftertaste. 93 pts.

I would say that it's a very balanced Port. Not too intense or powerful, but not lacking either. I'm glad it showed well for you.! [cheers.gif]
