Blocked Logins

As some of the Premium subscriptions are expiring, some of those users are experiencing an "Account Blocked" message. That was a configuration error on my part, and it should be fixed now.

My apologies for the inconvenience.

If you continue to experience problems, or for any other technical issues, logging a helpdesk ticket is the best way to get support.

Is there a mechanism that tells us when our subscriptions expire, or is it as simple as next time we try to access the restricted areas of the site that we find we can't?

Email notification

You should have received a notification from the system when your account is ABOUT to expire (usually about a week before) and another when it DOES expire.

The email looks similar to this:
From: FTLOP Admin <[email protected]>
To: [email protected]
Sent: Friday, 21 December, 2007 10:39:19 AM
Subject: Account expiring soon

Dear <YOUR USERNAME HERE>!
Your account at FTLOP Premium Partner Site - $100 Donation (http://fortheloveofport.com) will expire on 2007-12-22 04:36:26.
