Burmester 30 Year Old Tawny

(Bottled 2023.) Has a much more subtle aroma than anything tasted earlier (five colheitas from 1952-1985). Swirling reveals a little fruit and caramel. Tastes of apple pie, sweet, with cinnamon as well as apples. Lots of nice sugars, but needs more acidity for balance. 93 points.
