(Bottled 2017.) Not quite as bright in the aroma as the 30, but some interesting things come out, like vanilla, crème brûlée, a hint of cellar mustiness, and cut old wood. The flavors a much more aged, like cooked sugars, caramel, and more of that crème brûlée. Distinctly buttery later. Nice long finish. Overall, I thought this was more subtle than the 30 year old, but a big sip showed a lot more power. 95 points.
