Dating/ID for an old bottle

Hey all, when I was spending a day in Lisbon before flying out of Portugal last month, I perused a wine shop with a broad selection of bottles purchased from private owners. I picked up a few unique things, but this one in particular caught my eye, both for price and uniqueness. Cost me 29 Euros.

What I was told by the retailer (who said his first new VP vintage he sold was 1983) was:
- Bottle was part of a bottling from the IDVP reserves, from stocks acquired during market softness, and sold cheap to the local market when they needed space/cash, and was supposed to be explicitly barred from export.
- He estimated it was late 60s, early 70s in terms of bottling.
- It does have a selo (there’s a smidge visible under the edge of the capsule), but it has mostly been torn off before coming to the store
- Was from a small cellar of bottles from a now-defunct neighborhood restaurant about a decade ago not too far from the shop that the (long passed) founding owner had kept for his friends in the basement, which he assumed meant that it had probably been a mix of things that were acquired both on release or ex-cellars, and things that customers wanted him to have around.
- He did point out the very clear seams that appear to indicate a 3 part bottle construction, two vertical halves and a bottom. Image

Any thoughts from any of the very knowledgable folks here on what timeframe this might have been bottled or other info?

Thanks!

The wax looks like from the 60's.

A lot (as in almost all) had some stocks of older white ports used for various things. They were worth next to nothing back then. So who knows the producer.

A guess based on the pics would be bottled in the 1960’s or early 1970’s.
