1982 Quinta do Noval Vintage Port
The color of the 1982 Quinta Do Noval in the glass was similar to plum and cranberry. There were wonderful sugary strawberry jam and raspberry scents to the nose. The initial sips were sweet with hints of pomegranate and raspberry. The 12.5 second finish was dry and tart ending with notes of green apple and pear. The '82 Noval was a good everyday drinking Port but suffered from a lack of balance.
