Drunk on 08 October 2008 in a Cockburns vertical in London.
2000 CockburnA shy nose with hints of graphite and black plum jam. The palate shows focused black pastilles, ripe but noticeable tannins and excellent acidity. Certainly not as open and pleasurable as the 2003, and one for the long haul.
