1950 Cockburn's Vintage Port

Drunk on 08 October 2008 in a Cockburns vertical in London.
1950 Cockburn
Light red, with faint herbs and a hint of strawberry jam on the nose. The lovely spice and fig laden palate showed some alcohol but was reasonably integrated. The tannic structure is fully resolved and this is ready to drink now. One of my top 6 ports of the evening.
