Chilled before opening. Very light color.
Aromatic, almost flowery is best to describe. Very strong. Ironically, I don't care for the scent at first, so hesitant upon "bottom's up."
First sip, wonderful fruits. Very smooth with a long, long finish.
Second sip, a bit of candy in there somewhere. Again, fruity (maybe some citrus?).
Not much changed after that. Had two more glasses and thoroughly enjoyed it, even though the scent put me off. And still did. Tawny ports tend to do that with me.
But very impressed. Can't wait for more tonight. Just need to plug my nose...
