I used a bottle of this yesterday to make Boeuf Bourguignon, and it's really very good. I'm not normally a red wine guy (just Port for me!), but this was both bold and fruity at the same time, with just the right amount of tannins to make it feel very balanced to me.
We've had various Mollydookers in the past and they've all been good. The price is nice, too, as I can usually find them under $20.
