Re: Internet Explorer 8 Issues
I don't have any issues with IE8 when on the forums, but there are still formatting problems on the FTLOP main page that force me to use compatibility mode.
It's possible that I just have an older version of the main page cached, so I'll keep an eye on it and if it doesn't self correct in a couple of days I'll let you know.

Re: Internet Explorer 8 Issues
Ok - have made some adjustments to the site template. Could someone with IE 8 test the home page and see if everything looks ok now?
Thanks!

Re: Internet Explorer 8 Issues
That seems to have fixed the problems I was seeing!
The hope page still gives me the option to use Compatibility View, which most web pages don't do, but it looks the same whether I turn that on or not. Is there perhaps some setting that tells IE8 that the web page has been formatted for IE8?
For example, the forum doesn't give me the option to use Compatibility View... just the main page.

Re: Internet Explorer 8 Issues
Yes, the code I inserted into the template file detects if you are using IE 8 and formats the page appropriately.
However, the forum uses a different templating system, so it handles the options / formatting differently.
