For The Love Of Port

I took this 750 ml bottle down to Medicine Hat for Xmas. No big wine experts at this house party but some great food including a mule deer roast!

This bottle was in graceful decline and have to think my recent splits were in better shape. Happy New Year to all!

Well, I think it is only fair to edit my above thoughts. It`s now 5/6 days later and I have 2 glasses left in the bottle. Quite a turn-around, sweet soft black fruits, no sign of drying out. Quite a transformation eh.
